Every transaction operates under EU export control law, UN arms embargoes, and applicable national licensing requirements including BSICA (Bulgaria).

EU Common Position 2008/944/CFSP

All exports evaluated against the eight criteria of the EU Common Position governing arms exports from EU member states.

Bulgarian Export Control Law

Licensed under Bulgarian arms brokering legislation. Export licences obtained from BSICA for each transaction.

UN Arms Embargoes

All potential end-users screened against active UN Security Council arms embargo resolutions prior to any engagement.

End-User Certificate (EUC)

A valid EUC signed by the authorised government authority is mandatory for every transaction, without exception.

Sanctions Screening

All counterparties screened against EU, UN, and US sanctions lists before any engagement or information sharing.

NCNDA Agreements

Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreements signed with all parties. All identities strictly protected.
